Is it legal to sell diabetic test strips?

Yes, it is absolutely legal to sell test strips.  They are an over-the-counter item and can be bought off the shelf of any drugstore without a prescription.

 How do I know I will get paid?

We are an honest, legitimate business that has been buying test strips for seven years. The postage paid mailing label in the mailing kit we send out has a United States government permit number on it. With today’s security concerns, the process for obtaining and maintaining a United States government permit is especially rigorous. Our business has been investigated by the United States government and passed. We are a legal business entity with a solid reputation and excellent seller satisfaction.

Are there any special terms and conditions?

(a) Prices shown in the calculator are for boxes with expiration dates at least one year from today and with no damage of any kind. Payment will be up to $3 less per box for shorter expiration dates or boxes with dents, creases, cuts, residue from attempted label removal or other damage.

(b) To qualify for the 1-day (Paypal), or 3-day (Check) guaranteed payment, order value must be $75 or above. Orders with values lower than $75 to be paid by check will receive payment by U.S. Post Office First Class mail unless the customer pays for an expedited delivery method.

What does do with the test strips?

We act kind of like recyclers because we rescue test strips that would normally be discarded, benefiting the seller with a little cash, as well as the recipient, usually uninsured or unemployed people who need the supplies but can’t afford to pay the unfair prices charged by drug companies. Within a 25-mile radius of the Beaumont-Port Arthur (Texas) Metro area, we sell test strips at cost or give them free to diabetics who can’t afford outrageous retail prices. Outside of the area, we resell them at 75-80% below retail prices.

How will I receive payment and how long will it take?

There are two options for getting paid: PayPal or a business check by Priority Mail. After your order is received and verified, we will process your payment via Paypal (in 1 business day) or send you a check which you should receive within 3 business days. Click here to sell your strips today. If you request a mailing kit with a box and label, once you send your test strips, it will take 5 to 7 business days for the Post Office to process your shipment for payment of postage and deliver it to us. If you request a Post Office mailing label by email, it will take about the same time. If you request a United Parcel Service (UPS) label by email, once you send your test strips, it will take 3 to 4 business days for them to be delivered to us. UPS service is not available in all areas.

What kind of test strips can I sell?

We only buy the brands listed on the Sell Your Strips page.  The boxes must be closed and sealed.  The expiration date must be at least 6 months from today. We do not buy damaged or expired boxes, the fee for returning them is $20. Click here to sell your test strips.

Does buy any other diabetic supplies?

No, we do not buy lancets, meters, insulin or any other diabetic supplies.  We only buy test strips.

Does accept boxes with pharmacy labels?

Yes, we do.  We ask that you please not attempt to remove them as we do not buy damaged boxes.  You are welcome to mark out your personal information on the label with a black Magic Marker or Sharpie, but please let us remove the labels.

Why do you have to send your test strips before you get paid?

Unfortunately, because we do receive brands of test strips from sellers which we do not purchase as well as expired, open, and damaged boxes, payment is made after the condition of the items has been verified.

What are the terms & conditions for your referral program?

Customers who refer friends and family to us in order to get the $25 bonus must comply with the following rules:

(1) Orders by the referral customer must meet our minimum standards for a qualifying order:

a. Quantity: Their order must include at least 2 boxes of 50 or 1 box of 100.

b. They must have a brand that we buy:

Accu-chek Aviva, Accu-check Compact, Freestyle, Freestyle Lite, Insulinx, One Touch Ultra, Verio, Smartview, Contour (boxes of 100 only, no 50’s) and Contour Next (boxes of 100 only, no 50’s). No other brands will qualify for the payment of the referral bonus.

(2) The referral customer must return the mailing kit we will send to them, along with their test strips, within 30 days of contacting us.

(3) Referring customer agrees that they will not be paid the $25 bonus until the person they referred to us has sent us their test strips and they have been received and verified as a qualifying order.

(4) The referral and referring parties must not reside at the same physical address.

(5) The referral customer must not have previously sold test strips to us.

(6) reserves the right to terminate this referral bonus offer at any time, for any reason.
